It doesn't exist.
        But there are options in a couple of add-on applications. For instance, 
ZLauncher has a Soft Reset option on the Device menu. And I think I've 
heard of similar options in other software.
        On the other hand, for those times when the 680 locks up, battery 
removal is the only option.
