The Treo 755P appears to have a GPS, or at least some location-based hardware. The version I have (with Telus in Canada) has a "target" icon (a circle with a plus through it) between the EVDO icon and the BT icon. The manual states it provides location information to emergency personnel and 3rd party applications. There's also an option in the phone preferences to set it to "Location ON" or "Emergency Only". Of course, there doesn't seem to be any software currently available that supports it. I guess we're still waiting for the Palm API/3rd Party Development/Release cycle to complete.
