I am up a stinky creek. For the last 2+ years, my wife and I have used ClearSync to sync our calendars and contacts across our Treos. It's been blissful, really.
Now, however, the demon-spawn who run her work's IT department are standardizing everyone on Blackberries. So, when she returns from maternity leave in late June, her 650 will be replaced with an as-yet-unnamed RIM device. So here's where I need your help, folks: what do I do? I've thought of a few options, but I'm hoping you guys can suggest something better: Option 1) Stay with ClearSync, buy her a Treo/Centro for her personal use, and force her to double-enter all her work calendar into both her work phone and her personal phone Option 2) Move from ClearSync to some shared online PIM like Google Calendars and force both of us to do all of our scheduling via a website. Option 3) Ditch my Treo, move to Crackberry, and use whatever it uses to share calendars with my wife (can it even do that without a server?) Are there any attractive solutions you all know of that I'm overlooking? Any advice/suggestions are welcome. As the subject reads, I'm desperate. Thanks in advance. - Craig -- http://www.GearBits.com -- Tech. Culture. Ideas. Opinions.
