I believe you are slightly confused... RSS feeds are one thing, news(groups) (Usenet) is another...
For me (Resco) Neeews! is the best RSS reader for the PalmOS platform, and Yanoff is the only viable (although old and discontinued) option for Usenet newsgroups.
