It's the same on the Centro; I'd noticed this also. It's probably the exact same app, and one that predates the existence of D-pads, and I guess they just missed updating this one screen. (Which only has the one visible button, so there's nowhere to navigate to anyway).
interesting note after some experimentation: you *can* manage to (apparently) press the button using the D-pad if you mash the D-pad left and center buttons together with just the right timing.
