Borland Sidekick 2.0 — my first PIM — synced with my first PDA, the Sharp Wizard. I later graduated to Polaris Packrat 4.1, still syching with the Wizard (a new QWERTY one though; 64k). Eventually, being Packrat 5 was so buggy, and the Paradox database which ran my practice was taking to much time to maintain and improve, we stepped up to Time Matters 2.1 and purchased Palm IIIs.
