Since it's a .pdb, and a document, generally it wouldn't show up on
its own, you'd need a document reader to see it in a list of docs to
read. But it's no wonder you can't find it, it appears to me to be in
isilo format. I downloaded and installed it on my old TX on the SD
card, from the same source you used. It doesn't show in DocsToGo,
TealDoc, nor WordSmith, but does read just fine with isilo. Softpedia
doesn't appear to have made note that it's in isilo format.
