[Treo] Converting Text Messages File to CSV

A while back, a couple of years ago to be exact, I think that someone 
in this group posted a little program that would turn your text message 
file into a csv file. Would someone that knows how to do that please 
help me with it again? I need step by step instructions for the 
inexperienced. Thank you again. I appreciate it.
