I don't use Slingbox and probably you've thought of this, but could
be be an aspect "problem," similar to what you see when movies and some
broadcast shows are displayed on a "square" television? If so, filling
the screen top to bottom would give you a vertically elongated picture
-- or a picture with the left and right sides chopped off.
