Ok, I know that the vocal majority here would rather chew off their left hand then use a Windows Mobile device, but Treonauts.com just posted a new preview of the very soon to be released 800w:
http://blog.treonauts.com/2008/07/sprint-treo-800.html Four more days, or so they say! Looks like they've built in enough software for the GPS that we don't even need to purchase additional software. To think I had to shell out $250+ for TomTom! Looks like all the expected features are there, but of course this isn't a hands-on preview, so there's no word how the screen or keyboard (or phone itself) feels/looks. They did put an inbox button on the phone. This was one of the hard parts to get used to going from a 700p to my current 700wx, now I'm going to have to remap my brain/fingers yet again! I'm a little nervous about how long the battery will last with wifi and/or gps on, but, heck, I can always buy an extra battery or two, right? lol Levi
