Unfortunately it still hung up. I am wondering if I should export the data from my old user name to my desk top (which is what I did with tech support help) and then delete the old user name, then try again. Actually all the data in the old user name is in my Centro. So if deleting the old user name worked, I would have all the data back from the Centro, in the new user name. But if it didn't work, I would not have any data in this computer unless I had exported it and re-imported it. Is this too confusing? Thanks for your help. On the computers that hang, try going into HotSync settings: Custom and setting everything to "handheld overwites desktop" leaving the "always" checkbox UNchecked. That should force the contents of your Centro into the PC (wiping out whatever may already be there in that account). Can I ask why you're syncing to 3 different PCs? ...... Original Message .......
