Does pre support multiple exchange? Or multiple google contacts and calender?

I set ONE -- so far, that's all I've done, but on a nice old fashioned cell phone I usually just press the speed dial number for an extended period of time and it dials -- but that doesn't seem to work. Any advice? And I may have asked this -- but with the 'green' keyboard up, when I have a call it flashes on and off - the whole darn screen blacks in and out. Very irritating.
