There's no reset hole on the 755p. Actually, just now I was able to erase all data. I knew if I held power button in while inserting battery, it should do it,but it didn't work the other day--just ended up as a soft reset.
Just tried it again, and it worked. All data gone. Now I can send it back to ins co. I just hope no one is able to restore the info on these things...
