SplashData has released a trial version of SplashID, which uses
Blowfish encryption (last I checked) to keep passwords, etc. secure.
Currently, the free version in the app store is syncless, but
SplashData has promised that the for-pay version that will come out
when the App Catalog offers paid apps will include a desktop sync as
well.

So, the short answer to your question is not yet, but very soon.
