Thanks Mike! ALL operating systems are stupid - and that's a good thing for two reasons:
1. It's how I make my living. 2. If they were smart, think Terminator, The Matrix, The Forbin Project. May they NEVER get too smart!! But I digress (frequently). I do have MyTether installed, and it's almost always turned off, but that's the best lead I can think of - maybe once when it was on Windows picked it up and just hasn't let go!
