The other nice thing they seem to have done is migrate all of their customer service to Charlotte, SC. They make a point of telling you where they are when they introduce themselves at the beginning of the call. The (customer) service has been excellent. No more outsourced script readers. Voice-wise, the only dead spot I have had in years is the inside of my house, and that is no longer the case except certain parts of my kitchen or basement. Verizon works there, but there are lots of Verizon data spots where 3g is not available. Speeds are like an old modem. And, like Harold, I am in suburban Philadelphia (North suburbs, I think Harold is in the western suburbs). But that said, Harold, when was the last time you actually tried Sprint? I use the two carriers side by side all of the time as Vzw is work and Sprint is personal. I always hop on Sprint for data. -- artAlexion sent unsigned from webmail interface
