Allan,

A couple of things.

1.  You didn't need to do a hard reset.  Even if the database was
corrupt, you could have used Filez or RescoExplorer to just delete the
databases.  Palm support blows for the most part.
2. Sync issues are the reason I moved my company from Treo to
Blackberry.  I still prefer the Centro interface and use one as my
personal phone, but I won't support them for others.  These days I
have 2 users on Treos and 26 on BB.  All of my support calls are for
the Treos.
