Trying to regulate every thing for the 90% for what the 10% cannot do on their own. That same 10% will still put on their eyelashes (have you seen a woman doing this while driving?? Scary!!) while driving or read USA TODAY while motoring (saw this too - on several occasions). Next, why don't we ban alcohol so no one will commit DUI or DWI? Asinine, right?
