That's one thing that's taking awhile to catch up: syncing things. The Pre does a great job of syncing the main stuff up with "the cloud" (Exchange, in my case), but add-on apps like that don't have a Hotsync Manager to fall back on for syncing - each has to figure out its own way.
I pretty much rule out any app that doesn't provide some way to at least back up its data. Something will emerge to fill this void, but it hasn't yet!
