I'd bet you a lunch that either Palm or someone else will make voice activated dialing. Those are the kinds of things that will fill in over the months and years. Remember, Android has been out for a couple of years, and as the iPhone. WebOS is only 8 months old!
That said, my Daughter has the Droid and really likes it. It appears to work well, although not as smoothly as WebOS in some areas. I showed her how I assign a picture to a contact, and she said that was more intuitive than the way you do it on the Droid. She prefers landscape keyboards, to, though, and I prefer portrait!
