No can do. The only options I'm given under import are .dba or .vcs files. Why
is this? By the way, I'm using Palm Desktop by ACCESS ver. 6.2.2.

Yes, you can import contacts in .csv, .txt, .aba, .tab, .tsv, and .vcf.
