Hmmmmmmmm. Well, it apparently does, in my case, since I have 3G and wifi active here, and MMS goes out just fine. Are you in a situation where you have ONLY wifi? Is that the issue? I haven't tested that.

First level tech support couldn't find any mention of this in their support database.
