I can't say enough good things about the tech support over at Chapura.com. I am very impressed. Since installing their Pocket Mirror for webOS app and syncing my Pre with Outlook over the past week, I've had several issues that I needed help with. The Chapura people responded via email in less than 24 hrs (usually the same day), and their suggestions were spot on. They also come across as intelligent, knowledgeable, and courteous. It's a refreshing change to deal with a company that really knows what they're doing, offers quick response times, and are able to communicate intelligently. George
