Frankly, I'll be surprised if it really catches on for the home.  Maybe just 
for the occasional special movie or event, but I can't see me wanting to wear 
3D glasses over my regular glasses very often, having to sit a certain way 
relative to the screen, etc.  Now, if they came out with contact lenses that 
would do the 3D...  Or headgear that each viewer would wear that projected the 
separate images into each eye instead of having to look at a TV screen.
