[Treo] MyTether requirements

About to tread new ground, maybe. The MyTether instructions seem to be 
saying I need the Palm SDK, as though I don't have it. Also it wants 
.net framework, but I think that's part of my Win7.
      Is that true, or is it more stuff I need to install.
