Yep, discovered that months ago. As far as always making the same page pop
up, you can do this with a patch ("Reset to First Page" or "Reset to Middle
Page") As the titles infer, you can't choose which page you want to always
come up, you have to pick either the first or the "middle" depending on the
patch you choose to install.
