It's a Preware patch. Once you've installed PreWare and loaded the packages, you can scroll through patches, themes, applications, etc. Tap on one and you get a description with a button you can tap to install it.
What we're talking about in this thread are = Enable Add/Delete Pages - lets you add pages to the launcher = Hide Quick Launch Bar - Hides the bar that normally appears at the bottom of the screen when nothing is loaded - lets you load phone, calendar, contacts, etc. = Launcher Page Selection Tabs - places numbered tabs at the top of the launcher so you can quickly jump to pages = Reset to First Page - so that when you call the launcher, it always starts on the first page, rather than whichever you were using when you last dismissed it.
