Eugenio, how long are you leaving it go on the Palm screen? As I recall, it took quite a while for the Pre to boot again. I would try leaving it on the Palm screen for an hour. If it doesn't boot in an hour then you pretty much know the install got hosed somehow. At that point you would want to use WebOSDoctor, which you can find online and do yourself, or if you're not comfortable you can call Sprint who will walk you through it (or maybe they will forward you to Palm who will walk you through it?). That will wipe all your data which isn't a problem for most since most of the data is still "in the cloud" so to speak, but a few things don't get backed up (I know bookmarks used to not but I think they changed that).
