Pete, of course there are, but this isn't SUPPOSED to be anything but a popularity contest, or perhaps a contest to see which smartphone has the most motivated fan-base? The Palm Pre has already won a bunch of awards from various tech sites and organizations. This is more something that is helpful in bringing a community together especially when the company is being bombarded by negative analyst reports. Something positive, albeit trivial...
