Comes with the Seidio 3500 mAH battery, as well as the original battery and cover. Original included stereo headset/mic. USB cable. And the Seidio Spring-clip holster that matches the 3500 battery and back cover. It's an unlocked/unbranded GSM phone I purchased directly from Palm.
