Beware - the Apple multi-tasking is on their terms. They will only allow
certain (determined by them) apps to be in the multi-tasking scheme. Again -
Apple deciding what is best for us.

Subject: Re: [Treo] Flash?

speaking of stealing thunder, I saw two interesting articles today online:

1. "Multitasking is coming to your iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Apple

claims their method will save battery life and resources, unlike the

competition."

http://gizmodo.com/5512656/iphone-multitasking-will-let-you-run-apps-simultaneously

and

2. "A year has come and gone and we have heard nary a peep from

Sunnyvale about the future of Mojo Messaging Service. While we fully

admit that Palm has a lot on its plate right now, a measure of the

webOS platform’s success in our day and age is going to be both the

quantity and quality of apps available."
