This is a bit of a kluge but Google voice does transcribe messages.  You
could always set up a Google Voice account, call it, and it would transcribe
it for you.  It's not ideal, but it's worth a shot.  There's also an app
called Jot that works with other sites, but I'm not sure if they have plain
trascription, but I know you can call your jott number and have the message
you leave sent as transcribed text to a number of services (Remember the
Milk, Evernote, etc.).  Might be worth a shot...
