I've been in need of the same thing, but all I have found is that you can sync via bluetooth only. While I was able to setup a bluetooth sync, it always stalls while syncing the calendar, so I have never been able to get it to finish. Palm says on their site that usb sync is not working with Windows 7, but claims that bluetooth does. I wish it did.
