For tasks, you might want to consider toodledo
(http://www.toodledo.com).

Toodledo is a web based task manager that has a very good (and
improving) WebOS application that goes with it (it's called "Done!").

Toodledo will alert you of pending tasks via email or SMS, and the Done!
application does do WebOS notifications (although they could use some
improvement, IMHO).

I have also used Remember the Milk (http://www.rememberthemilk.com), but
they don't provide a WebOS app and the Homebrew one that was being
developed has seen no new activity in a long time.

Doesn't help your "put tasks into Outlook" issue, I'm afraid...
