At which point, I am vindicated. I said yesterday that it would be 
surprising if a webOS phone wasn't included in the "connected devices" 
continuum. Of course, companies have done enough surprising things to 
make us suspicious, and there still is no reason to do away with the 
suspicion that some other company might license webOS for a line of 
smartphones.
     BTW, the writers of the Associated Press Stylebook - the bible for 
how we news writers are supposed to put things in print, has for some 
silly reason known only to someone in some back dungeon at AP, to spell 
smartphone "smart phone."
