Not sure this gives anything but tangential perspective on this issue, but I
have (had, until now with the Evo's extra $10 charge) the $100/month "Simply
Everything" plan, to which I add $7/month for "insurance" and $4/month for
international calling.  The bill is then increased by Sprint Surcharges of
$8.40/month and Government Fees & Taxes of $7.66/month.  Total taxes and
fees = $16.06/month.
