I waited for my first bill, The discount was there, but the buyout was
not (Spring paid up to $175 for each of the three AT&T lines I killed to
switch, which covered all but about $50 of the total early disconnect
cost. Of course that was before the new super punitive rates Ma Bell has
decided to inflict to discourage defectors).
Anyway, I went to the story, said What The (heck) Failed and he
made a call and about two hours later I checked and the credit had been
applied.
