Have you guys noticed that you can no longer put whatever you want in the
sig line of the VZW Pre Plus? (Maybe Pres on the other carriers are the
same, I don't know.)
On my original unit, I had changed the default "Sent from my Palm Pre" to
"Sent from my Palm Pre Plus". I recently got a replacement unit and tried
to change the sig but it won't let you add the word "Plus" anymore. If you
leave out the word "Palm", it does accept it, so "Sent from my Pre Plus" is
allowed. Or if you write "palm pre plus) in all lower case, it takes that
too.
Also, it seems you can put whatever else you want in there ("Have a nice
day!") - just don't say "Sent from my Palm Pre Plus"!
I wonder what that's all about.
