GREAT WORD PAIDA! Guys I feel very encouraged whenever I get to open my gmail account becoz of the content that I read. This message resonates with Pst Jeff's message last week. We must learn to trust God with our destiny, with our lives and our ambitions. I have beef with a lot of motivational speakers who preach a self centredness gospel that is divergent from our Christian principles of trusting God and believing God for provision.
By the way this must not be mistaken by foolishness as was discribed by Ps Justin Machibaya yesterday at Bus Fellowship. he spoke of a certain brother he gave a lift to after evening service on Sunday. In the conversation that they struck in the care, he asked the guy what he is doing in life and he said he was at home. That was a bit of a surprise and then he asked him what he would like to be in life to which the guy confidently affirmed that he would like to be a Doctor. Next question was what was his highest level of qualification which surpisingly was an O Level whose results he has not even collected. Now Ps Justin then asked him how he was hoping to study Medicine by being at home and not haveing collected his Os and the guy confidently said BY FAITH!! I mean guys kuita here uko??? I think that is a bit off the mark, we need to be practical with our faith. This scripture on God's provision does not mean we must sit on our laurels and just pray that SOMETHING will happen like win the lottery or something absurd like that. Anywhere VIBERS this Sat was a BLAST just as Nkosie expressed!!! By the way, i hope ya'al know about the Tribal challenge and that practice starts next week. I would like to be in the soccer team so who wants to do what??????? Luv ya VIBERS!!
