Sable Lodge of Imire Game Park, a wildlife conservancy based 105 km east of Harare has a position available for a manageress to start at the end of this month. The job requires some one who is passionate about food as a high standard of meals is expected for guests. The roles included in the job are lodge catering, food procurement, meeting, greeting and entertaining guests, daily checking of lodges as well as garden and vegetable garden maintenance, but the main emphasis is on the catering department where meal planning, chef training and budgeting are main aspects. The lodge may accommodate up to 18 people at night and up to 35 people for lunches.The role will require you to be based at Sable Lodge with the need to travel to Harare once a week to collect supplies.
