' No weapon thz is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.' Isaiah 54:17 I bet all of us have once declared this verse but do we really understand the power that it carries? It talks of heritage and as we were taught heritage lasts for a lifetime. In Isaiah 55 it gets interesting, verse 6 commands us to seek the Lord whilst he may be found which i assume to mean the time is now to seek his face. 'For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are my ways you ways. For as the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than yours and my thoughts higher than yours. The rain cometh from heaven and returneth not thither but watereth the earth and maketh it bring forth and bud that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater. So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth, it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which i please and it shall prosper in the thing whereto i sent it.' Isaiah 55:8-11 we serve a big God who has paved a way for us and here promises that blessig shall come upon his children and watever is planned for us by him shall not fail. Keep serving the Lord and seed and bread shall be your portion in this lifetime.
