This presentation was originally meant to be a for-fee presentation at the recently cancelled IEEE conference, but is now offered online for free to anyone (even if you are not a member of IEEE). Shane is one of the 'good guys' that graduated with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's degree in Materials Science and worked for many years as an engineer before becoming a patent attorney.
