I should add, even if you're not into fish, Magnus really knows his way
Home Assistant, much more than myself. If you're interested in doing
fancy things with Home Assistant, it's worth joining. Fishkeeping has a
lot of opportunities for automation and monitoring, so it's a logical
area to use it.

Sadly, I have not have nearly as much overlap in my maker and
fishkeeping hobbies that I one envisioned. Besides linking up home
asistant to control my lights, and 3d printing a few filtration parts,
the two hobbies have mostly been separate.
