1. If you are measuring RF power at the SMA connector this is called conducted 
power not radiated. Antenna gain or loss factored in makes it radiated.
2. A spectrum analyzer in peak hold is very capable of measuring the output 
power. For BT use a 1 or 3 MHz Resolution BW and an appropriate sweep speed.
3. Make sure to use an external attenuator on the SA. I suggest 30dB to keep 
the RF power into the SA from overloading or damaging it.
