Unfortunately there was a glitch with capturing the Jitsi recording this month. We're not sure what the cause was but will try to do a dry run or two next month before the meeting start.

Paul MacDougal's problem of the month was to do with creating an aid for folks judging/instructing horse riding events in an indoor arena supporint multiple riding "circles".

Nick Edgington shared a few remarks from the quantum computing conference and tried to educate us about the basics of what quantum computing can and cannot do.

I was expecting to share demos with the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 but instead gave a little tutorial about concurrent programming and use of a couple of simple mechanisms for C++ programming to avoid chaos with shared data in a multicore environment.

The next meeting is scheduled for Monday July 13.

Pete
