Sorry, I was confused by the similarity of the "single" and "unique" nickname trill multilevel drafts. While I don't know of any IPR on draft-ietf-trill-multilevel-unique-nickname, I believe there is IPR I need to declare on draft-ietf-trill-multilevel-single-nickname and will do so shortly.
