Several months ago, my bookmark for the mandrake location on
jungle.metalab.unc.edu changed. I had to change it to
reference the mandrake-ftp directory. Today (or sometime
in the past few days) that broke and I subsequently discovered
that what *appears* to be my old bookmark is now valid. I'm
just trying to figure out what's up.

Those who are willing to sacrifice essential liberties for a little
order, will lose both and deserve neither. -- Benjamin Franklin

History teaches that grave threats to liberty often come in times
of urgency, when constitutional rights seem too extravagant to
endure. -- Justice Thurgood Marshall, 1989
