The difference between leadership and the bullseye that hangs from the
back of my barn door that I throw darts at in my freetime, is that the
bullseye is appreciated and has virtually never been used. Once efforts
have been springboarded, I'll pick up a hammer and nail down anything
that needs nailing, but those pointy darts really hurt! ;-) So in
short...lead us into the light glorious LUG leaders! ;-)
