It's a P-III mini-tower system with a DVD rom drive and a good bit a RAM (I think 512 mb PC 133).. but I'm not sure I can donate it because my replacement machine has not been approved. Is this useful to TRIlug? It's not rack-mountable, though.
I don't want to speak out of turn on behalf of the rest of the Steering Committee, but my personal inclination is to recommend that you find another local charity that could use a nice machine like that. We already have a couple of machines that aren't rack-friendly so are kicking around in limbo right now. So I can't really see what another one would be used for to be honest.

There are quite a few open source developers working on important projects who live in this area and would probably be very grateful for receiving a development box donation. I just donated a bunch of Sun kit to the Aurora Linux distro this weekend, and there are many other worthwhile projects with a local presence that could use a machine like that.
