In defense of Roy (What a weird thing to say) I didn't like preview pane either. But then I worked helpdesk 3 days in a row, lost my mind, and I'm *much* happier now. :)
I find that I still don't like preview for work e-mail. Primarily because there are e-mails that I *DO NOT* want to see.
